1. Return Eligibility

Most products purchased from our store can be returned within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused, undamaged, and returned in their original packaging with all accessories, manuals, and tags included.

2. Non-Returnable Items

Certain products are not eligible for returns, including gift cards, downloadable software, digital products, personalized or customized items, perishable goods, and personal care products that have been opened or used.

3. Refund Eligibility

Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact our customer support within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the item and packaging. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost.

5. Exchange Policy

Products may be exchanged for the same item or a different size or color, subject to stock availability. Exchange requests must meet the same return conditions and be submitted within the eligible return period.

If the return is due to our error (such as receiving the wrong or defective product), we will cover the return shipping costs. For all other eligible returns, customers may be responsible for the return shipping charges unless otherwise stated.

7. Order Cancellation

Orders can be cancelled before they are shipped. Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled, but you may request a return after receiving the product in accordance with our return policy.

8. Late or Missing Refunds

If you have not received your refund within the expected timeframe, first check with your bank or payment provider. If the issue persists, please contact our support team for assistance.
